Our strength is our ability to handle everything from design to assembly with an integrated in-house production system. With our experience in repair, manufacturing, and plant maintenance, we excel at work that other companies cannot do, and are known as "Call Horiguchi Engineering if you are in trouble". In addition, we have acquired ISO9001 and JIS Q 9100 quality management system certification, and have national certifications including special class technicians (machining), which adds value to our products and enhances quality.

We have employees of all ages, from energetic young workers to experienced craftsmen. Because of the wide variety of products we handle, we are good at responding flexibly, and our ingenuity and spirit of challenge are rooted in constantly asking "How can we do this?" and "Which method is best? Many of our employees find it rewarding to respond to customer requests and to make customers happy.
Working Environment
We focus on human resource development and have a system in place to support the skill development of our employees. We actively back up our employees by covering the costs of acquiring various qualifications, providing training time, and conducting mock tests. We have also established a meister system (veteran employees with outstanding skills and enthusiasm for instruction and training are certified as meisters) and are working hard to pass on skills.
