Used to fabricate shear bolts, bushings, etc. used in towbars that tow aircraft.
The turret type allows for quick tool changes and speedy operations. Basically, lathe-turned products are the main products, but drilling and milling are also performed.
*"Shear bolts" are bolts that break instead of towing an aircraft with a towing car via a tow bar to prevent the aircraft from being damaged by more force than necessary.

A lathe is a machine that rotates the workpiece and cuts it by applying a fixed blade on a reciprocating table. Semi-NC lathes are numerically controlled machines while maintaining general-purpose flexibility. It mainly demonstrates its capability in operations such as repaired products, in which machining standards are fine-tuned.
NC lathes generally use a 3-jaw chuck, but we use a less familiar 4-jaw chuck to hold the workpiece in place. 4-jaw chucks can precisely center the center of rotation even on odd-shaped repaired products.
It is also useful for repairs such as machining of cylinder rods and machining after overlay welding.

This machine has the functions of both a CNC lathe and a machining center, and can perform multiple roles in a single machine. Although it is primarily a lathe machine, it can process a wide range of complex shapes.
It is also used to manufacture pistons for small compressors and hubs for large vehicles.

Vertical machining centers have an additional axis (rotational direction) control by means of an additional-axis index table, enabling a wide range of machining similar to that of multitasking machines.
We have maximized the specifications of this vertical machining center to machine a spiral shape, which is a complex shape. We also use CAM to perform multiple-cavity machining and machining of complex shapes.
We can also machine eccentric shafts such as crankshafts, and can also machine from solid materials.

CNC cylindrical grinders are grinders that can also be used for taper grinding of hydraulic cylinder cylinder rods and crankshaft pulley press-fit parts.
A rotating grinding wheel is pressed against the rotating workpiece to finish the external surface of the workpiece to a high degree of accuracy. It is mainly used for finish grinding after plating and heat treatment, and can grind up to 2500 mm in length.

It is capable of fine grinding and can easily process in the 100-minute range. It can also finish with high precision high-hardness products that cannot be edged with a lathe.
